An art series exploring reincarnation, parallel worlds, and the spiritual essence of Japanese culture.
I perceive human life not as a single linear path, but as a vast current where countless choices and possibilities intersect.
The dragons, cherry blossoms, moons, flowing waters, and mythological beings that appear throughout my works symbolize both the traditional Japanese view of nature and spirituality, while also reflecting contemporary human memories, emotions, and aspirations.
Past and future, reality and imagination, light and shadow.
Rather than opposing forces, they exist as interconnected elements within a continuously evolving cycle.
“Kōdō Rinne Sōkai” represents a journey guided by light through the cycle of rebirth, discovering creative joy and inner liberation along the way.
By blending contemporary Ukiyo-e aesthetics with elements of Surrealism, this series seeks to reinterpret Japanese visual culture from a modern perspective.
I hope each viewer will discover their own narrative within these works and find reflections of their personal memories, experiences, and dreams.
